Access to the preferred hotel rate* is only available through this registration site. Should the exchange rate fluctuate you will not be charged more than $259USD/$320CAD (plus HST).
Attendees will be required to pay for their hotel costs in full upon check in at the hotel. A credit card and photo ID must be presented to complete payment at the hotel.
All reservations cancelled past August 22, 2018 will be charged one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
